At 9 years old and 80 lbs, Tolkien is the perfect blend of mature and playful. He's incredibly friendly and absolutely loves meeting new people-expect a warm welcome and a wagging tail every time. His favorite game? Fetch with a tennis ball, of course! If you've got an arm to throw, Tolkien's your guy. You'd never know this guy was a senior with how playful he can be!
Tolkien would do best in a home without cats or small animals, and he's still learning the ropes when it comes to playing with other dogs. With patient introductions and guidance, he continues to make progress and show his sweet, eager-to-learn personality.
If you're looking for a loyal companion who's affectionate, fun, and ready to be your best buddy, Tolkien might just be the hero of your story.
