At 9 years old, Rex has the energy of a puppy and the heart of a best friend. He absolutely loves his walks and happily goes for a 40 minute walk every morning and a 20 minute walk with his fosters each evening. He walks beautifully on a leash and would make a wonderful walking companion.

When he's not out exploring, Rex enjoys playing with his chewy toys, soaking up the sunshine, getting belly scratches, taking naps, and cuddling with his people. His favorite place is wherever his humans are, whether that's beside them on the floor, on the couch, or relaxing in his bed.

Rex is house trained and comfortable in his crate, which he considers his happy place. He will sleep peacefully in his bed next to his people at night.

He is curious about other dogs and has been non reactive around cats based on what we've seen.

Rex may be 9, but he has so much life and love left to give. He is ready for a forever family who will enjoy his walks, his cuddles, and all the happiness this sweet boy has to offer.
