The Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County (HSMSC) seeks a Customer Services Manager (CSM) to manage, oversee, and supervise the customer service team and the full range of services HSMSC offers to the community. These services include but are not limited to adoption programs, monthly rabies report, spay/neuter vouchers, retail sales, and more. The CSM is part of the shelter’s management team, participating in weekly operations and management meetings.
