Adoption Center Team Lead
We are currently looking to fill the Adoption Center Team Lead position. This position will oversee, manage and operate the adoption center and a team of counselors to maximize adoptions/donations by providing exceptional customer service to all guests and volunteers. The ideal candidate thrives on working as part of a team, is willing to help others, can manage difficult and emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit customer feedback to improve service. This is a full time position that generally works Wednesday-Sunday. Animal handling experience is a must for this position as you will be handling both dogs and cats in a variety of situations including introducing them to new people and new animals. Knowledge of PetPoint software and customer service experience are preferred but not required.
