Low-cost spay/neuter services for pet owners on government assistance and rescue groups
If you receive government assistance such as food stamps, social security, disability, unemployment, etc., we can provide spay/neuter surgery to your dog for $35 and/or cat for $30. Vaccinations are included in this price if needed. To sign up, you can either fill out the form below or leave a message on our hotline at 901-937-3918. Someone will contact you to set up your appointment.
HSMSC started Project STOP (Solving the Overpopulation Problem) in 2012 to provide low-cost spay/neuter services. In 2016, we incorporated the Fido Fixers Memphis mobile spay/neuter clinic into the Project STOP program. Fido Fixers is able to go out into the community in underserved areas to provide low-cost spay/neuter services. If you have a business or government location you would like us to bring the Fido Fixers mobile spay/neuter clinic to, call our community outreach manager Matt Womack at 901-937-3913 or send him an email to discuss the possibility of setting up a spay/neuter event.
