Low-cost spay/neuter services for pet owners on government assistance and rescue groups
HSMSC started Project STOP (Solving the Overpopulation Problem) in 2012 to provide low-cost spay/neuter services. If you receive government assistance such as food stamps, social security, disability, unemployment, etc., we can provide spay/neuter surgery to your dog for $35 and/or cat for $30. Vaccinations are included in this price if needed. To sign up, you can either fill out the form below or leave a message on our hotline at 901-937-3918. Someone will contact you to set up your appointment.
